Although winter is showing its teeth to us and we still have a lot of time until spring and outdoor activities, today technology allows us to expand our knowledge of medicinal plants from the comfort of home out of season! Researching on the Internet and watching videos is very informative, but of course nothing can replace practice - that's why Ehonaut with Momcilo Antonijevic, our famous herbalist and journalist, developed the program "Biljarnice Online", a school of medicinal plants for all those who want to get acquainted and engage in herbal practice actively during the winter season.
Kroz originalno osmišljen program „Biljarnice online“ otkrivate tajne lekovitog bilja, načina njihovog branja i prepoznavanja u prirodi, upotrebe i kombinovanja kroz praktične savete mentora sa dugogodišnjom praksom u sakupljanju i upotrebi kako biste na kraju sami napravili biljne preparate kod kuće. Kroz magični svet moćnih biljaka u formi četvoromesečnog online kursa (16 x po dva sata) vodi vas Momčilo Antonijević, novinar i narodni travar. Na ovaj način polazinici će imati priliku da upoznaju lekovite biljke, da nauče da ih razlikuju od sličnih vrsta, savladaju tehnike branja i sušenja bilja gde god da se nalaze – prema dinamici koja im odgovara!
In "Biljarnica Online" you will learn:
- What medicinal plants are, what the mechanisms that affect our health are and what the basic groups of active ingredients of medicinal plants are
- How and from which plants infusions, decoctions, tinctures, oil macerates and balms are made
- Herbal mixtures - how they are made, how long they are taken
- Contraindications and safety of the use of medicinal plants, poisonous plants
- How to grow medicinal plants in urban and rural conditions and how to turn plant cultivation into a business
- Medicinal plants in agriculture (natural fertilizers and insecticides)
- Medicinal plants for children
- Basics of aromatherapy - what essential oils are, how they work and how they are used correctly
- Medicinal and wild plants in the kitchen
- How plants look natural and how they are harvested and dried
The program starts on January 10 and lasts until April 25 - during this period, all participants will receive a private YouTube link on a weekly basis for 16 lessons, which were specially recorded for the program "Biljarnica Online", during spring and summer 2021 The links will be activated and sent to users every Wednesday, while all links will be active until April 25. Participants can ask questions in a special viber group that will be created exclusively for these purposes or directly by e-mail.
At the end of the "Biljarnica Online" program, we organize meeting and socializing with Momcilo Antonijevic in Belgrade for all who are able to physically attend, and on that occasion you will be able to ask questions and try dishes with wild, medicinal and fragrant plants! The program is conducted in Serbian language.
